Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ACC AMMO. Before placing an order, please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below. By accessing our website (https://accammo.com), purchasing ammunition, or utilizing our services, you agree to be legally bound by these store policies.

1. Age & Legal Requirements

By placing an order on accammo.com, you swear, affirm, and guarantee under penalty of perjury that:
  • You are at least 18 years of age to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition.
  • You are at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, receivers, firearms, or handgun ammunition.
  • You are a legal resident of the United States and are not legally prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or receiving firearms or ammunition under local, state, or federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)).

2. Shipping & Compliance Restrictions

ACC AMMO strictly complies with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and distribution of regulated goods.

  • Ammunition Shipping Transit

    Ammunition is shipped via ground transit only. We do not ship ammo to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C., or US Territories.

  • Restricted States Compliance Hold

    Orders placed from states with mandatory documentation rules (CA, IL, NY, NJ, CT, MA) will remain on an internal compliance hold for up to 5 business days pending credential verification. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to email valid permits or FFL details to info@accammo.com within this window. Orders failing verification will be canceled.

  • Firearm Deliveries & FFL Mandates

    All firearms purchased must be shipped directly to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We will not ship firearms to residential addresses under any circumstances.

3. Return Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale

Due to strict safety standards, Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping regulations, and the legal chain of custody for ammunition and firearms:
  • All sales of firearms and ammunition are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.
  • If you receive an item with a clear manufacturer defect, please reach out to our team at info@accammo.com, and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement claims.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Requested Cancellations

    Because our fulfillment network processes orders rapidly, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the processing queue.

  • Merchant-Driven Cancellations

    ACC AMMO reserves the absolute right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, illegal intent, or a violation of local jurisdictional bans.

5. Indemnification & Liability Limit

By purchasing from ACC AMMO, you agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend ACC AMMO, its owners, and its employees from any and all liabilities, legal actions, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse, transportation, storage, or possession of any ammunition or hardware purchased from our storefront.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the federal laws of the United States and the specific state statutes governing our principal place of business.
